Aurelia dispatches throughout Australia and can also arrange selected international orders. If you are ordering outside Australia and would like confirmation before purchase, support can help.
How quickly are orders dispatched?
Most orders are prepared promptly once payment is confirmed. Timing can vary slightly during higher-volume periods, though we aim to keep movement steady and discreet.
Do you offer complimentary shipping?
Shipping within Australia is included. Orders sent outside Australia are charged a flat A$19.99.
How can customers track their order?
Once an order has been dispatched, a tracking reference is issued. Delivery updates continue through email, and support can assist if you need help locating the latest tracking details.
